Duties:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Legal and Regulatory Department
• Responsible for research, drafting correspondence and filing reports to regulatory bodies
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in secretarial / administrative work
• Demonstrate good organizing skills
• Excellent command of written Chinese and English
• Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other MS Office software
