Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage corporate project initiatives from initiation through delivery
• Work with manage project resources to drive execution according to plans
• Monitor and report to management on progress, cost, risks, issues and dependencies timely
• Responsible for general office duties and administrative work
• Filing, record keeping and data input
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
• Performing ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in related discipline
• 2 years or above administrative experience (Accounting skills is an advantage)
• Good organization, communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint; English & Chinese Word Processing with good typing speed
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese/ Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
