Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account openings and handling customers inquiries and complaints

• Provide quality service to customers to maintain our high reputation

• Coordinate customer personal record, clerical support and maintain filing system properly

• Set up a new client database, re-organize the existing data.

• Prepare various reports and other related documents

• Assist in any ad hoc project as required

  Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics

• Willing to deal with people, customer-oriented with sound communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience and experience in financial industry is an advantage

• Familiar with MS Office, Excel,Word etc.

• Good written in English and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese,

 Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
