This is a 1 year contract role.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Senior Officer, Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with planning, reporting and analysis activities including, but not limited to, weekly reporting, month end closing, quarterly forecasts, annual budget
• Liaise with Global internal cost owners, pricing team, intercompany pricing system, external shared service providers and IT for global reports and planning requirements
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information, enabling one single source of truth
• Support Senior Management with various reporting requests (routine/ad-hoc requests)
• Participate in system implementation for Finance Transformation Project, including analysis and design, development, UAT, training, documentation, and ongoing support

Requirement

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Good team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proactive and hands-on
• Business driven attitude and a sparring partner for Management
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Highly flexible to business changes and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of Pivot Table is a must)
• Knowledge of SAP/BW would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English
