Job Description

• Understand and keep up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Supervise the Compliance team for account opening, licensing and compliance issues
• Maintain regular liaison with relevant exchanges, recognized clearing houses and other regulatory bodies and to answer enquiries in relation to compliance

Requirements

• Degree holder in Legal, Finance, Accounting or related disciplined
• At least 5 years relevant experience gained in brokerage firm, banking and finance industry
• At least 2 years in managerial grade
• Have strong sense of responsibility, self-disciplined, initiative and able to work independently
• Have good communication and supervision skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application
