Responsibilities:

For Customer Service Executive, Providing excellent customer service to customers by phone and handling customer's enquiries and complains 透過電話解答客戶有關查詢及投訴處理 (Day/ Night/ Overnight Shift)

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 year relevant working experience
• Customer-oriented and good serving attitude
• Good spoken or/ and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Fresh graduates with related working experience will be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferable
