Job Description
Our client, a leading sizable company is seeking high caliber candidates to join their expanding team in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
For Customer Service Executive, Providing excellent customer service to customers by phone and handling customer's enquiries and complains 透過電話解答客戶有關查詢及投訴處理 (Day/ Night/ Overnight Shift)
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Customer-oriented and good serving attitude
- Good spoken or/ and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Fresh graduates with related working experience will be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferable
