Responsibilities:

• Generate investment idea and write investment report;
• Handle and monitor daily portfolio management work ;
• Provide input into portfolio construction and asset allocation decision-making;
• Oversee investment analysis on investment target, including industry/market analysis, SWOT analysis, due diligence and risk & return analysis;
• Oversee the process of transaction structuring and assisting in negotiation of investment terms;

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in investment bank and finance service industry;
• Holder of CFA qualification will be an advantage;
• Preference for experience and track record in equity research/ fixed income products, unit trust, derivatives, merger & acquisition projects, trade support;
• Possess strong analytical skills with great attention to details
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English
