Currently, we're on the hunt for exceptional ISDA Negotiators to join our ranks, successful applicants will have:

• Excellent academic credentials in Law, Commerce or other related fields
• Experience of working with a financial services client-base
• 2+ years of experience, of analysis, negotiating, drafting and advising on contract documentation specifically ISDA
• Past exposure to Derivatives documentation
• Exemplifying knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of contract negotiation & execution
• Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Negotiation of a range of documents including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, Prime Brokerage and other such documents that may arise
• Analysis and resolution of technicalities arising in the course of negotiations
• Operating successfully under pressure to progress a portfolio of live matters
• Building productive relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers
• Providing guidance on language drafting;
• Creating an open and progressive environment, recognizing the varying needs of a diverse team in terms of experience, backgrounds and seniority
