Responsibilities；

1. Coordinate and organize investor relations activities/events including conference call, meetings, site visits and road shows;
2. Prepare corporate presentations, public announcements, press releases and annual & interim reports, etc;
3. Handle investor queries and compile feedback from analysts, investors and stockholders;
4. Act as an external communications gateway and ensure consistency in all external communications materials;
5. Implement the strategies and plans made by the Management;
6. Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. University graduate in Accounting, Business, Economic, Finance or related disciplines;
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in investor relations field
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
4. Independent, self-motivated and strong analytical mind;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application
