Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage packaging development for Accessories items, UG and Photography.
• Manage all the clamshell/plastic box development for Accessories, Cases and Bundles.
  • In collaboration with other internal resources including regional PMs, Studio and Sourcing team.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Ensure packaging meets timelines and Targus’ quality standard.
• Co-ordinate with regional PMs, QA and Sourcing team 
• Control and keep proper record on the packaging library which includes packaging guidelines, packaging test reports, compliance reports etc.  
• In collaboration with regional PMs, QA, Sourcing team and suppliers. 
• Assist in managing nominated printers.
• Assist in running the Color Management System.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understand and follow corporate guidelines precisely.
  • Good knowledge of clamshell and packaging construction
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
• Proficient in Macintosh programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 Education and/or Experience

• Degree holder in packaging/graphic related area.
• Over 7 years experience in packaging design and clamshell structural design.
