(Sr.) Recruitment Consultant (I.T. / FMCG / Retail Sectors)

Job Scope

• Involve full spectrum recruitment services to both clients and candidates; including but not limited to candidate search, selection & assessment, interview arrangement, negotiation as well as closure etc.
• Work under HR and Recruitment space from Junior to Mid-Level assignments
• Cultivate and develop own Clientele under a dynamic but flexible environment

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of  working experience related to recruitment industry
• Should have passion in develop career in Professional Recruitment Services
• Sensitve to people behaviour and strong people sense will definitely be a merit
• Strong analytical skills with high degree of integrity
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experienced consultant with client base will be considered as Sr. Recruitment Consultant, where flexible working environment and attractive commission scheme will be provided
