The incumbent acts as the chief point of contact between the Store and the Visual Merchandising department, and responsible for managing the implementation of products presentations in compliance with seasonal merchandising guidelines received from the Visual Merchandising department. Also, the incumbent has to identify and propose new visual merchandising solutions in order to enhance merchandise on the floor and to support the store in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Carries out directly any fit-outs of store windows in compliance with seasonal merchandising guidelines received from the Visual Merchandising department.
• Support Category Managers to provide appropriate indications and instructions to Sales staff to implement displays necessary for the daily trade as well as to the maintenance of the sales floor.
• Manages displays together with Category Managers to ensure that new arrivals are regularly introduced on the floor and that available merchandising stocks are rotated on a frequent basis.
• Provides training to the store's selling teams as requested from the Visual Merchandising department.
• Updates the Visual Merchandising department of any changes in product and fixture allocations and provides pictures of any modifications or periodical fit-outs carried out by the store.
• Manages and update the store visual props inventory lists and ensures records are updated on a regular basis.
• Responsible for storage conditions of visual props and ensures these are maintained in accordance with corporate guidelines. Manages replacements and orders for visual props.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising, visual art or related disciplines;
• 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry;
• Good fashion sense;
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
