The incumbent is responsible to set up and maintain the window display and in-store merchandising for designated brand in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the window displays and in-store visual merchandising for designated brand;
• Conduct regular stores visit to ensure that visual Merchandising standard are maintained in all stores;
• Provide training to shop staff on how to properly merchandise fixtures and maintain presentation standards;
• Assist in collecting all necessary information regarding the measurements and dimensions of display windows and maintaining an up-to-date data base for such information;
• Assist in organizing the ordering, collection of window/store display props for the designated shops;
• Set up the displays for the showroom and assist in the visual aspects of special event.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising, visual art or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry;
• Good fashion sense;
• Self-motivated, flexible, independent and mature;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
