Requirements

• Degree or above in fashion design or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years related working experience in Ladies’ fashion design of which at least 3 years in HK or China retail industry
• Solid fashion retail market experience and strategic planning in brand management
• Proven track record of leading a design team to respond effectively to the ever-changing consumers’ fashion needs
• Creative & technical experience is a must
• With strong passion on fashion, excellent sense of fashion, fabric and accessories
• Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills with good command of Mandarin
• Proficient in using graphic software such as AI, Photoshop
• Required to work in Shenzhen on daily travel basis
