A leading Multinational Luxury and Retail brand requires a Project Coordinator to join their Store Planning team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the flow and execution of Regional projects cover Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.
• Organize and coordinate numerous business critical retail store requests  
• Oversee operational arrangements for ongoing store maintenance
• Coordinate and interface with front line retail staff to ensure that company standards are met
• Work closely with maintenance team in order to uphold compliance and regulatory policies in line with company procedure
• Work closely with the other teams in order to smoothly execute ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in design, architectural or construction
• A good understanding of design or construction compliance and regulations
• Understand market trends in land and construction management
• Ability to communicate complex issues simply within the business context
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Credible and confident at presenting management thinking and ideas to senior people within the organization
• Building project management and planning experience.
• Experience with move coordination and space planning, including working with design professionals including architects, engineers and specialty consultants to ensure all business needs are represented into final move plans
• Capable at training and mentoring others
