Qualification/Requirements:

• Diploma / Cert in Building/Construction/Design or related disciplines is an advantage
• At least 3-year design and build experience in medium to high-end fit out project
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
• Good knowledge in shop drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in Photoshop, 3D studio max, CorelDraw & Illustrator is preferable
• Able to work independently, detail-minded and responsible
• Good communication and presentation skills

Scope of Major Duties:

• Responsible in handling design and build projects
• Assist Project Team for all design aspects
• Prepare material sample board
