Job Description:

-           Source & Purchase suitable Products & Machines/Tools for projects

-           Find New Suppliers, Negotiate Payment Terms, Reduce Purchase Price

-           Type PO for VSL’s Projects

-           Make Purchasing Plan for New Projects

-           Make sure Product Quality is up to Project Requirements

-           Visit Factories & Inspect Quality as necessary

-           Consolidate demands on Common Consumables from different projects & get Bulk Purchase

Qualification Required

-             F.5 Graduated

Experience Required

-             Experience in Foundation / Post-Tensioning Project will be an advantage

-            Have knowledge in Tools & Hardwares

-             Purchasing Experience will be an advantage

-             Experience in Letter of credit will be an advantage

-            Good Interpersonal Skills,  Good in Spoken and Written English, Good in Mandarin

Remarks:

-             Need to Work Overtime

-             Need to Stay on Sites when required
