Responsibilities 

• Supervise development sampling on a daily basis
• Research and analyze fashion trend direction
• Deliver product presentations to customers

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines, preferably graduated in overseas design institutions
• Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and developing all garments (woven, knit & sweater) for high fashion market
• Strong fashion and market intelligence
• Strong fabrication knowledge & preferably with fabric sourcing experience
• Good colour concepts
• Past experience in US & EU market will be an asset
• Self-initiative, responsible, organized, pleasant and a team player
• Strong management and communication skills
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication with overseas designers & buyers
• Occasion travelling to China is required
