Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic sales analysis to assist in the buying decisions.
• Maintain purchase order in buying order system.
• POS maintenance and inventory control
• Work closely with retail operations, product & design and the marketing department.
• Prepare product knowledge training to retail sales.
• Assist to formulate the seasonal OTB budget.
• Assist to formulate the buying strategy and product mix for each season's collection.
• Assist to Monitor the sales performance and participate in cost setting.
• Handle damaged goods and damage claims.

Requirements:

• F.7 & Diploma or above with minimum 1 year experience in fashion retail industry.
• Multi- tasking, outgoing and sensitive to figures with high degree of accuracy.
• With strong numerical , fashion and market senses
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, particularly in Vlookup execution and Chinese typing.

Salary : Negotiable
