Responsibilities

l   Assist the development and delivery of sales training catered for multi sales channels

l   Prepare training needs analysis, training venue arrangement and closely work with internal customers and external business associates for effective training development

l   Consolidate training record and ensure the compliance of regulatory requirement on training

l   Work with sales managers in sales performance analysis and sales channel strategies for growth

l   Conduct and participate in classroom training

Requirements

l   Degree Holder, preferable in Business Studies, Finance or relevant disciplines

l   Mature, confident, creative and willing to work under pressure

l   Proactive, self-motivated, highly adaptable to changes in fast-moving environment

l   Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

l   At least one year working experience is preferred

l   Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
