Primary Responsibilities:

• Quality, environmental, OHS, or social accountability management system audits in China, HK, Macau, and occasionally in other countries.
• Optional technical or operational management roles will be offered to suitable candidates.
• Optional training responsibility may be asigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or higher.
• 5 years' or more working experience. (important)
• 2 years' or more experience in manufacturing industry, preferable in automotive, medical equipment, aerospace, chemical, mechanical, E&E industry, or their supply chain. (important)
• 2 years' or more experience in construction industry, if no experinece in manufacturing. (optional) 
• Fluent written and oral English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. (Important)
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• It’s an advantage, but not necessary, if qualified as 3rd-party auditor, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, SA8000, TL9000, TS16949, ISO13485, AS9100, IRIS, ISO27001, or Sedex auditor.
• For suitable candidate, management roles may be offered.
• For auditor with qualifications, part-time or B2B contract also acceptable to us.
• Passing CCAA QMS, EMS, or OHS auditor exam will be advantages.

Typical career path of our auditors:

• Degree Education.
• 5 years+ working experience in industries.
• Taking IRCA or CCAA recognized ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Training, (normally 5 days for 1st standard, and 3 days for each additional standard).
• Taking and Passing quarterly CCAA Auditor Exam in China (required for audits in China).
• Registration as Candidate Auditor in CB and CCAA.
• Audits under training (supervised by qualfied Auditor) for 15+ audit days.
• Registration as Auditor in CB and CCAA, and optionally in other industrial associations.
• Leading audits under training (supervised by qualified Lead Auditor) for 4+ audits.
• Registration as Lead Auditor in CB.
• Expansions to professional auditor qualifications of other standards.
• Development opportunities as Certification Decsion Maker, Trainer, Certification Manager, Operation Manager, or Executive Manager.
