The Job:

• To lead the Overmold ACA/Plastic team to provide engineering support in process engineering, tooling up of production line, yield improvement, process capability improvement and engineering document support
• To work with external and internal customers in New Program Introduction, take active roles in activities such as product research and development, design collaboration and provide technical report in buying manufacturing facilities
• Provide technical services in product/process design, travel to customer site if required
• Deliver professional proposals and comments to help the customer in turning ideas into products
• Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product type or new technology
• Proactively explore new technologies in molding and the related process engineering
• Work with internal/external parties in driving for implementation of new technology

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in Plastic or Manufacturing Industry of which 2 years in managerial level
• Possess ability to promote new technology and to develop management systems for the department
• Possess good skill to promote company strength to explore new customer
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing & Six Sigma Methodology is added advantage
