Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management or Engineering
• At least 10 years warehouse management experience, with 5+ in managerial capacity
• Multinational experience from electronics sector is an advantage
• Proactive approach and strong command in discipline
• Solid skills in people and process management, interpersonal and communication, decision making, business presentation
• Good command of Chinese and English, Mandarin preferred
• Experience in Semiconducting preferred
• Good connection with customs, freight forwarding operations, and customs brokerage agents
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire working force with complete accountability, clear direction and instructions
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and cope with demand fluctuation
• Liaise with different parties, internally with different business functions, externally with customers and suppliers, to strive for operational excellence
• Ensure build-in quality in all warehouse processes and enforce discipline of compliance, including ISO9000 cert program
• Develop and recommend policies and procedures to optimize warehouse capacity utilization and inventory management activities
• Manage the whole supply and logistics chain to ensure optimal cost performance
• Monitor vendor delivery performance and meet with customer requirement
