Job descriptions:

• Explore new locations / media for outdoor advertisements
• Prepare business prosposal or tender to pitch different type of signage projects
• Maintain good client relationship with current business partners such as transportation operators, major property developers and develop new project opportunities
• To be responsible for planning, scheduling and handling of outdoor signage projects
• Proatively support departmental daily activities with ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, company procedures as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or Engineering
• A minimum of 4-year experience in sales and marketing or interior design or event / exhibition management
• With relevant experience in media or advertising industry is an definite advantage
• Strong negotiation, client servicing and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, result-oriented and capable to solve problem
• Good command of written and communication skills in both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Work in irregular hour and holiday may be necessary
• Possess less experience will also be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
