Role & Responsibilities:

• To maintain high quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures
• To maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• To supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
• To operate all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
• To encourage and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
• To develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
• To provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; 5 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
• 3 years’management experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
• PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office (e.g. Word / Excel / Power point and Outlook)
• Excellent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
