Job Description
Interested in joining Hong Kong's third largest coffee house and the leading food and beverage group? We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant - F&B Operations to join our Operations Team. This role allows you to have a full in-sight of what goes on behind the scene of a successful F&B group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling different monthly reports for the Operations Team, such as attendance and mystery diner reports
- Assist Operations Manager and Head Chefs in administrative work
- Coordinate operation's request with other departments
- Assist with events and catering coordination
- Assist with compiling manuals and presentation documents
- Ability to assist with Operations at shops level when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or Hotel Management
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong English and Chinese spoken and written skills
- Good paperwork presentation skills
- Strong in excel, creating smart formulas
- Detailed-oriented
- Flexible and willing to learn attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to work in the Food and Beverage industry
