Job Description
Our Client is a boutique hotel located in Mongkok and is now urgently looking for high calibers to join their dynamic team.
Job Duties:
- Perform front desk duties such as answer guests enquiries, check-in and out, bookings input and cashiering
- Provide good customer services to the hotel guests
- Provide ad hoc support as required by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in hospitality or hotel management or related disciplines
- 1-2 years' relevant experience (fresh graduate with training experience will also be considered)
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mature, service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is preferred
