Responsibility

• Handle front office duties
• Maintain guest relationship
• Handle guest’s and telephone enquiries
• Assist operations of the property
• Handle guest’s complaints and special requests
• Coordinate with properties and other departments to maintain high service standards
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirement

• F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality management or related disciplines
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good team spirit and customer oriented
• Experience in Hotel Front Office an advantage

For Post (1) Need to work on shift duty

For Post (2) Night shift (9 hrs) : 23:00-08:00
