• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in restaurant operation, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Service-oriented, responsible and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, active and a bubbly
