Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first tier helpdesk support to end users via phone, remote tool or face to face.
- Provide resolution of basic I.T. problems for end-users with nice manner.
- Maintain a troubleshooting tracking records and ensure timely resolution of problems
- Provide a comfortable, friendly image to end-users throughout the call or meeting.
- Co-ordinate with other parties when necessary.
Qualifications / Requirements.
- Fresh graduates with less experience will be considered
- Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines
- Experienced in customer services or handling support calls is an advantage
- Good communication skills and English skills
