Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide first tier helpdesk support to end users via phone, remote tool or face to face.
• Provide resolution of basic I.T. problems for end-users with nice manner.
• Maintain a troubleshooting tracking records and ensure timely resolution of problems
• Provide a comfortable, friendly image to end-users throughout the call or meeting.
• Co-ordinate with other parties when necessary.

Qualifications / Requirements.

• Fresh graduates with less experience will be considered
• Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines
• Experienced in customer services or handling support calls is an advantage
• Good communication skills and English skills
