Job Description

• Report to IT Manager
• End user support for all related issue such as desktop/notebook/Mobile devices
• Hardware & software installation, support and maintenance; such as Microsoft Outlook & Office
• Network administration for maintain & support LAN infrastructure
• Backup administration for check daily backup log and restore file from tape if necessary
• Client application support & update
• Check mailbox size, user creation and email problem
• General support on copier, printer & video conference set up

Job Requirement

• Diploma in IT or related discipline
• 2 years relevant experience is a must
• Good sense of responsibilities, initiative & independent   
• Good communication, interpersonal skills & can deal with all level of organization
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available will be an advantage
