Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop software applications to fulfill users’ needs;
2. Self-develop product, software application and system support;
3. Deploy software applications/solutions for clients;
4. Follow up support issues with users to ensure problems resolved and customer is satisfied;
5. Conduct and prepare user training and system testing as required;
6. Prepare documentation such as program specification and manuals;
7. Study and integrate new applications, systems and technology;

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/High Diploma holder major in Computer or IT or related discipline;
2. Be familiar with Lotus Script / Lotus Formula Programming;
3. Be familiar with web application on Domino platform using JavaScript / HTML / CSS programming;
4. Be familiar with XPage is an advance;
5. At least two years hands-on experience in application development with JavaScript / Lotus Script / Lotus Formula;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
8. Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
9. Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
10. Good skills in speaking and writing both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Potonghua is an advantage;
