Responsibilities:

• Provide technical/desk side support, training for internal end users
• Support and troubleshoot in network, hardware and software issues
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, conduct IT inventory control, etc
• Assisting with maintaining and supporting the operations of in house systems
• Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon request by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant in IT support operations, Windows Server Administration, Systems/Network supports and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on programming/database platform /Mac is advantageous
• Positive (‘can-do’) attitude, good interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, and good problem solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
