The Job:

• Document procedures in operation manuals and support development of improved processes
• Check on data accuracy to ensure the end-to-end process is fully aligned with prescribed quality requirements
• Assist in audit, evaluation and implementation of the internal quality policies & procedures to monitor and improve the operational efficiency
• Assist in handling production incidents which have impacts on customers or operations.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects

The Person:

• Degree holder of Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years business analysis and project related experience
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
