Our client is one of the largest electronics companies in the world, with more than 30,000 employees and 28 factories worldwide. It is currently looking to hire an Application Analyst in charge of application development and project management.

Responsibilities:

•              Provide technical guidance for software application development to integrate internal and external systems and for processing EDI transactions to support order fulfilment processes. Business transactions, such as Customer Orders, Forecast, Inventory movement, ASN, and Invoice are to be covered.
•              Create functional design document and other relevant documents for end users.
•              Provide technical expertise and participate in all phases of software development life cycle, designing, testing and developing applications
•              Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform integration testing.
•              Analyze system capacity and modify procedures to solve interface problems.
•              Collaborate with other technical and business teams to ensure timely delivery and high quality of final product

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Familiarity with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath and knowledge of EDI is an advantage
• Hands-on experience and strong understanding with SDLC methodologies, SQL Server and Oracle, Visual Studio, ASP.NET and VB.NET.
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English & Chinese
