Personal Banking and Channels – Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis on bank’s channel applications
• User liaison and requirement gathering and functional documentation
• Perform user acceptance test and user support
• Communications between business and technical team on project implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Studies
• 3 years+ experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis
• Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
