Looking for a Senior Business Consultant / Manager with strong engagement skills to lead the delivery relationships with Clients and internal delivery teams with exposure to IT Infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and manage the delivery expectations
• Work with internal infrastructure and functional areas to ensure KPIs meet the agreed SLAs 
• Facilitating discussions between delivery and executive stakeholders 
• To provide regular reporting and ensuring performance dashboards are tabled
• To manage identified risks and issues

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 6-8 years experience as a Relationship Manager managing large accounts 
• Experienced in IT Infrastructure Delivery
• Strong skills in Client Engagement and Issue Management
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
• High level competence in preparing service dashboards and executive reports
