The Job:

•  To interface with Corporate Customers directly for technical services
• To provide on-site installation and maintenance services for Structured Cabling System (SCS)
• To review and recommend on diagrams provided by customer
• To provide support and work instructions to front line Engineers/Contractors
• To liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault
• To provide occasional scheduled / emergency overtime works outside normal office hours
• To work in construction site when necessary

The Person:

•  Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with 5 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in Structured Cabling systems e.g. Systimax, Belden, Krone, AMP, Siemon
• Relevant certification is highly desirable, e.g. Certified Installer and/or Designer in one of the brands mentioned above.
• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Flexible attitude toward working outside normal office hours
• Good interpersonal skill and customer skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
• Holder of Macau ID card is preferred
