Job Description
MaBelle International Limited, founded by an enterprising Stanford graduate, is the e-commerce and digital retailing arm of Lee Heng Diamond Group. The company aims to sell & deliver exciting & affordable jewelry to all online shoppers across the globe. Over the past 5 years, over 50,000 pieces of jewelry are sold to 400+ cities around the world under the brand names MBLife.com and MaBelle.com. The company is in a stage of immense growth as it embarks on a journey to expand their reach to over 1 million Global Sales Points. Come join our talented and motivated e-commerce team!
Role & Responsibilities:
Objective 1: Manage effectively our official webstores on different selling channels and eCommerce portals (from digital content management, logistic operations to inventory control), aiming to increase channels, customers and revenue.
(1) Manage our official jewelry online stores and other webstores like eBay, Amazon, etc.
(2) Optimize storefront and product listings to maximize webstores revenue.
(3) Maintain inventory accuracy and handle store replenishment.
Objective 2: Explore new selling channels for opening webstores for MaBelle and MBLife.
(4) Identify, search for and contact potentials channels/platforms to develop new webstores to drive revenue for different brands.
(5) Negotiate the best terms for the company’s benefits when developing new channels.
(6) Keep an eye on the latest e-commerce trends and online retailing technology, do competitor analysis and make suggestions to improve current business operation.
Objective 3: Review and improve current service and fulfillment standard regarding webstore operation.
(7) Review the current logistic solution and explore new fulfillment partners for better delivery time, service and returns, etc.
(8) Encourage customer feedback on webstores and maintain customer relationship.
(9) Work closely with customer service team to maintain smooth webstores operation and fulfillment.
Experience and Skills:
(1) Basic understanding of SEO with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
(2) Familiar with different online marketplace platforms, like Amazon, ebay, Tmall etc.
(3) Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (data analysis).
(4) Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
(5) Cheerful character, flexible-minded, strong team spirit, highly motivated and strong initiative.
(6) Passionate in online retailing businesses, interested in anything new about the Internet and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
(7) Tertiary or university degree in any discipline. Highly-proficient in spoken and written English. (Multi-lingual speaker is definitely an advantage).
