Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide in-house daily WAN/LAN, users, customers support on various IT systems
- Responsible for hardware and software maintenance and repair
- Responsible for system maintenance, disaster recovery planning and inventory management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in MIS support MCSE, LPI, Red Hat RHCE or similar certificate is a plus
- Good knowledge in Microsoft products, Linux environment, networking, security and access control system
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese, both writing and speaking
