Accountabilities and activities 

• Provide daily application support and trouble shooting of various business application systems.

• Responsible for customizing, enhancing and maintaining application systems.

• Responsible for systems analysis and design.

• Liaise with internal users and external vendors for project & production systems support activities.

• Perform user requirements analysis and system documentation preparation.

• Perform application database maintenance, tuning & capacity planning.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and training.

• Assist manager to manage outsource vendor performance.

• Ensure service levels are met.

• Ensure auditory and regulatory compliance.

To be considered for this role, you should have: 

• An Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline.

• 6+ years experience in IT application system support / software development role.

• Solid experience in most of the following technologies - C#, ASP.NET, MVC, VB6, Crystal Report, VBA, MS SQL, ORACLE DB, Access.

• Solid experience in system integration, system design & support.

• Experience in developing or supporting CRM, DMS or web applications is an advantage. 

• Experience on implementing or supporting Insurance/Health Care application systems a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
