Role & Responsibilities:

• To research and develop overall online community strategy, including user acquisition, retention and engagement, as well as content generation; and design platform features to active the goal.
• To analyse feature usage and deduce action plan to enhance platform feature
• To execute user acquisition strategy to achieve community growth and engagement
• To monitor, report on, and respond to conversation and discussions within and outside online community, and suggest platform features to enhance stickiness
• To measure and report on the health and growth of the community and design necessary action plans
• To review and propose with editorial team to come up with content development direction

Requirements :

• 7 years social or online community management experience, with proven ability to lead and grow an community into a thriving social hub.
• Experience in adopting latest technologies and techniques used in building and maintaining successful communities and a strong understanding of social networking trends within APAC region
• Experience in leading advocate or influencer program management.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing demands upon the needs of the business and community members
• Experience with social, mobile and digital marketing strategies, user experience design, and content development a plus
• Knowledge and Interest in Contemporary Art/ Art and obsession in collecting is preferred.
