Duties

-          Assist E&M Manager to plan, organize, and supervise E&M department

-          Ensure compliance with the GMP requirements

-          Perform equipment qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification, process qualification

-          Maintain and monitor process equipment, system and utility of the manufacturing plant

-          Write up and implement departmental SOPs

-          Ensure the safety of operators and work environment in terms of handling of machinery and work conditions

-          Ensure all process monitoring components and devices are calibrated and well maintained

-          Assist and co-ordinate with other departments or outside vendors in calibration and validation activities

-          Various Ad Hoc projects

Qualifications

-          Degree in Engineering discipline

-          Hand on experience in pharmaceutical, TCM or food industry is a preferable

-          GMP or HACCP knowledge

-          High proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese

-          Enthusiastic Team Builder with good project management + effective planning & follow-up skill

-          Good Team Leader with excellent working attitude and ability to work on multiple projects with tight schedule

-          Able to work under pressure

-          Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

-          Traveling aboard is required
