Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of customer correspondence review and mailing activity
• Communicate with project teams, mail room teams, printer and other operations teams
• Review the customer correspondence and identify any issues before mailing
• Data validation, defect reporting and retesting
• Must be proficient in English and Cantonese speaking
• Must be good in reading simplified Chinese

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Experience in mailing room activity is preferred but not essential
• Willing to work overtime
• Proficient in computer usage, like MS Office, Internet, etc
• Should be willing to join immediately
