Summary:

• Key leadership role to bring APAC business to the next level
• An established building solutions provider with global operations expanding into APAC
• Report directly to headquarter, the successful candidate will provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in the APAC market

Major Responsibilities:

1) Business Strategy and Finance Management

• Develop and review business plan and sales strategy for improved profitability
• Identify appropriate strategic alliances and opportunities in the region
• Ensure the profit objective is met by controlling budgets and monitoring expenditure, sales prices and volumes and Gross Margins
• Oversee the development, implementation and regular review of region budgets

2) Sales and Channel Management:

• Set sales budgets and forecasts for the assigned market(s) in APAC
• Responsible for the development and performance of sales / presales staffs
• Identify value-add customer services to maintain and grow existing customer base
• Maintain effective relationships with channel partners, dealer, end users, customers and consultants in assigned regions

3) Staff Management:

• Manage all staffs in APAC offices
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate staffs and promote teamwork
• Manage and co-ordinate all direct and indirect reports covering full range of functions
• Conduct performance review and training needs analysis regularly

Key Requirements: 

• Degree Holder; MBA an advantage
• At least 15 year+ experience leading successful sales organizations to meet profit and revenue growth objectives
• Professional background from multinational companies - able to lead and work with amulticultural team
• Experience with enterprise solutions sales into large / complex organizations
• Experience in managing both direct and indirect sales channels
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
• Open to travel as needed in APAC
