Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the sales performance
  • Plan, monitor and achieve the monthly and annual sales budget
  • Develop to expand the sales network to maximize sales volume by identifying and proposing new business partners
  • Coaching and training of the sales team in HK and China
  • Building and maintaining the marketing Strategy to ensure the Brand image is well represented and respected on the point of sales in all marketing activities
  • Provide regular business reports, analysis and recommendations to the Board
  • Lead any ad hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in being a member in the board of Company
  • Proven track record in achieving business objectives and profitability targets
  • Over 15 years’ sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Proactive and result-oriented, with sound commercial acumen and business development mindset
  • Strong leadership and people management skills and ability to build and manage successful relationships
  • Can-do and Must-do attitude 
  • Good command on Chinese and English MS Office (excel, word and powerpoint)
  • Must fluent in Putonghua, both oral & written, also in English & Cantonese
  • Extensive travel in China
