We are looking for the role of operations assistant manager.

Job Description:

• Coordinate the operations from end to end - starting from product design, manufacturing, logistics, marketing and after-sale service
• Work with vendors and staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and shipments.
• Work as a senior customer support manager answering questions from customers on the products via emails.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent communication in English (both written and verbal) - this is a Mandatory 
• Good in both Cantonese and Mandarin languages
• Knowledge of the operation of electronics items like phones and Tablets
• Good administrative skills.
• Excellent in using MS Excel
• 2-year experience is desired. Fresh graduates will be considered
