Job Description

SUMMARY

This position reports directly to Customer Service Manager. He/She will be in charge of managing all customers' request such as order taking,answering queries and questions, handling complaints, problem solving through different communication channel (telephone, e-mail, fax, chat and web) in order to deliver customer service excellence and maximize the business opportunity enhancing Kering brand portfolio.

 

Job Description 

  • Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
  • Handle and follow up customer inquiries using different communication channels
  • Information research using available resources
  • Manage and solve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Map interactions' information according to standard operating procedures
  • Create new business opportunities through a proactive approach 

Requirements 

  • Experience in a B2B customer service environment is preferred
  • Experience in SAP System and CRM tools are preferred  
  • Proficiency in verbal and written in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods is definite advantage
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash flows is definite advantage
