Job description:

• Oversee the production process to ensure products are produced on time and with quality comply to requirements;
• Plan, implement and control production schedules;
• Ensure planned efficiency and quality are met or exceeded;
• Analysis and review production and quality control to detect and correct problems;
• Accountable for the implementation of Total Productivity Maintenance;
• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to;
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures;
• Propose and execute best practice and Lean initiative to improve productivity and quality on a continuous basis;
• Develop and manage production budgets;
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments to achieve the common goals;
• Perform all ad hoc assignment by management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Production Engineering;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing, of which at least 5 years in managerial position;
• Profound knowledge and with proven track record in manufacturing operation and quality assurance;
• Certified Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Black Belt;
• Experience in printing industry is a preferred;
• A good team player with strong leadership, excellent communication and problem solving skills;
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Production Process Improvement is required;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Good command of spoken Mandarin;
• Station in Dongguan plant.
