• Minimum 3-5 years Woven Garment Merchandising experience for USA Market – Wal-mart experience preferred
• Poly/T.I./IVE graduate preferred
• Manage all merchandising responsibilities from sample development  to shipment
• Manage the seasonal calendar and ensure that timelines are met
• Daily communication with USA Office on production and new development
• Technical knowledge and prior experience to check fabric quality, prints, lab dips, shade bands, trims, accessories and packaging
• Occasional short trips to managed factories throughout Asia required
• Computer Literate - must be able to create/modify spreadsheets/P.O.'s/WIP
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must
• Mature, Hard Working, Organized, Detail Oriented, Self Motivated Team Player
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Merchandiser/ Merchandising Clerk position
